POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Representative - Full Time Temporary
DEPARTMENT: NYSEG/RGE Program

Basic Function
The Customer Service representative works closely with Customers, the Project Coordinator, Project Managers, QVA Manager and installation subcontracting entities to ensure quality and provide professional customer satisfaction. EnerPath prides itself on great customer satisfaction and timely resolution responses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists customers with assessment follow-up questions. Answers questions that customer may have with the presented program.
- Assists customers with questions regarding subcontractor’s activities and schedules.
- Assists Qualify Verification Assurance (QVA) representatives with field questions and customer specific documentation.
- Resolves customer service related problems. Follows-up with customer when needed. Maintains accurate customer service records.
- Takes all inbound calls from customers, documents complaints/issues, dispatches repair requests and follows-up with customers to assure resolution.
- Provides general clerical and support of other departments when necessary
- Must have the ability to learn program specific requirements and products. Must have the ability to troubleshoot on the fly.

Recruitment Requirements:
- Must possess excellent customer service skills with at least 3 years experience in heavy customer interactions.
- Strong clerical skills necessary to accurately assist and organize. Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Articulate with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as a productive member of a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing, entrepreneurial work environment.
- Working knowledge applicable to the work to be performed.
- Ability to work a standard schedule 8am to 5pm with occasional weekends, nights, evenings and overtime, when necessary.
- Ability to work well under pressure while performing multiple tasks.

POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant
DEPARTMENT: NYSEG/RGE Program
ENTITY NAME: EnerPath Services, Inc.

BASIC FUNCTION
The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Project Coordinator, Project Manager and installation entities to ensure accurate documentation and organization for all projects. Works with team during development, implementation and close-out stages of highly successful energy efficiency projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Projects / Programs
- Assists Auditors with any fax or follow-up with clients.
- Supports assigned subcontractor’s activities.
- Supports Qualify Verification Assurance representatives with field questions and documentation.
- Maintains subcontractor project documents, ensuring they are accurately recorded and stored.
- Assists Project Coordinator with preparing and submitting invoice and backup documentation.
- Assists with maintaining and delivering customer reports for tracking progress and meeting all reporting requirements of the customer.
- Conducts Customer Satisfaction phone surveys and records results on the EnerPath website.
- Supports other departments/managers when necessary.
